Ordering
To place an order simply add your items to your shopping basket which you can view by clicking the link at the top of the page. When you are ready to complete your order, proceed to checkout. You will be prompted to log into your B for Beads account or create one if you do not already have one. We will send you an email to confirm your order and another to let you know when it has been dispatched.
PAYMENT
We accept payment by most credit and debit cards as well as Paypal account. All sensitive information is sent over a 256 bit encrypted connection for security and Paypal payments are taken on Paypal's own secure server. We do not have access to your card details at any point.
RETURNS
We hope that you will be satisfied with your order, however if anything does not meet with your full approval we will gladly replace it or a refund will be given within 14 days of receipt. Please note if beads are purchased on a string they must be returned as so, and all returned products must be unused. We cannot accept returns of earwires due to hygiene reasons. The cost of returning a product is your responsibility, we advise that a certificate of posting is obtained or the return is sent by recorded delivery. Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for returned damaged goods or goods lost in transit.
